Cancellation Policy

• Full details are provided in the "Terms & Conditions" under Individual Cancellation, No-Show and Amendment Policy and Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above).
• Individual cancellations: No charge if canceled at least 3 weeks before arrival; 100% fee if canceled less than 3 weeks before. No-shows, early departures, and last-minute cancellations incur a 100% fee.
• Group cancellations (5 rooms or more): 100% fee if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
• Special offers may not be eligible for cancellation.
• The Camp reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the provided information is falsified or incomplete.
